The first wine is 1753 Chateau de Campuget AC Costieres de Nimes. This is a full, rich red wine with hints of raspberry and cassis allied to the scent of liquorice. A well rounded wine with generous berry flavours.
The second wine is a wonderful Pouilly Fume from Domaine Petit Soumard. Elegantly structured, offering crisp gooseberry fruit with hints of honeysuckle.
